The staff were helpful and polite but for the amount they charged, it could have been better. Also, cleanliness is not their strong point. Overall, a nice place and close to popular tourist spots but certain things can definitely be worked on.

Location is really good
Staff of the hotel is really helpful and always ready to assist...

Food is the area they need to improve no complaint for the taste just the spread i find it very limited !

If you have seniors citizens with you getting upstairs to have lunch and dinner is very DIFFICULT TASK !!!

WHAT OTHER THING I WANT TO BRING NOTICES IS

When other family comes and check in the childrens will shout and parents toooo laugh like crazy that just screws every thing....

if you had done local marketing n tired n sleep deprived it will cost you next day ..... some 1 should address this please rest m very happy with hotel and the service ????????

Metropolis Srinagar is located at Dal Lake slightly at back lane. From ground floor rooms there is no outside view. 2nd Floor few rooms are having good garden view and glimpse if Dal lake. Rooms are of moderate size and clean. Light, TV keeps facing some or other issue. For breakfast if you have to leave early, even after reminding and noting chances of getting packed breakfast before 8AM is very less. Staff is good. No nearby marker or restaurant or public transport.
