Some tips:
1. take one liter water bottle for 1 person and atleast 10 electral powder packets to mix every time you refill. that is all, what one should have to start trekking.
2. avoid taking any backpacks as 1 kg on plains can be feel like 3 kg while trekking @mountains.
3. New route (Tarakot) is very good, its wide, clean, no horses/Pony. less sloppy good for climbing out.
4. take sticks as those might help a lot. (₹20/stick)
5. take one small ???? lock with you, as locker wala always says, "lockers unavailable, you have to wait ". so tell him you have your own lock, then you will get the locker easily. locker no. 01 is huge with very less que. rest all are very crowded with huge ques always..
6. after ????Mata Vaishno Devi ????Darshan or????Bhairav baba ji???? darshan, if too much tired, take old route stairs from ardhkumari????.. but stairs are not also very easy, keep taking rest in between.

Bhairon temple is located in Bhairon ghatti and is the highest temple located on Trikuta parvat in Katra and from here there is a very spectacular view of the bhavan from where you can enjoy photos and videos. It is considered to be must visit the temple after taking a visit at Mata Vaishno Devi temple. But, the trek of about 2-3 Km from Bhawan to Bahiron ghati is the most tiring and mostly with steep climbing. I visited it recently on 12 September 2022, and And now the ropeway has started here, whose ticket price is Rs 100 for both the sides, for which you have to queue early in the morning, you have to take the ticket, the line for the ticket starts from 5 in the morning and the ropeway starts at 7 in the morning, so that devotees of all ages and conditions can visit this temple easily. The view from the top of this temple is awesome, as you can see helipad at sanji chhaat, whole katra town, all mountain peaks, etc.

It is said that everyone should visit the Bhairav baba temple after visiting mata ji. The tickets for gondola or cabel car is available but its crowded as are only two cars and each carry approx 30 people and take 5 minutes for one way. Ticket charges are irs100 for both way. Horses are alao available and walking is also possible. Walking takes approx 60 miNutes.
