Worst hotel ever ... please please don't stay here otherwise u will face so much of difficulty...every room have cockroach, spider, bed bugs ..room service is very poor and most imp clock room is not safe they don't even have camera in clock room...my imp stuff got stolen. My suggestion is make ur journey good and safe not worst. The people at reception will make you liable for the lost stuff and if you tell them that you are going to file a police complaint then they says do whatever you want because they have good connection locally.

Not at all safe place staff forces you to eat in their hotel only and charge more money
No lifts.
They provided us car upto vaisnov devi yatra starting point and made us to go to their tied up shops they were trying to force us to buy pooja stuffs at very high rates and gave us warning they will not come us to pick here again
At last just save your money and find some other hotel
They will try to take money in every possible manner

Very very worst service provided by the hotel staff.. they didn't came for pickup at railway station and after darshan they are also not came for pickup at vaishno mata bhavan gate... I have done a lot of request bt still they didn't came they don't have a emotion for bhakt and tourist... Very bad behaviour àfter room book ac didn't work then they told u need to pay extra charge..when u asked for some dry fruits market to buy dry fruits wo aapko kisi commission wali shop me lekr jayenge... Inka har jagah commission hota hai... So don't stay here.... When u book room they are very polite and after that they change their mind into business mind.... So be careful while stay here... This hotel didn't deserve a 1start... And it's facility is like in minus... This is not a three start hotel like they mentioned...
