I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries.

The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a fitness center and a pool, although I didn't have time to use them. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of hot and cold items.

Booked this with Himalayan Holidayers tour package in last week of December 2022 for 2 Nights.
Their staff is very courteous, variety of food in Dinner/Breakfast. They can improve quality/taste of food though.
I got a call from staff before visiting hotel and they do call for dinner/breakfast, which was good gesture.

The warm blankets can be provided of better quality and can offer heater facility (which was mentioned chargeable as per T & C and not sure if they had, never asked).

Rooms are large , spacious and views are scenic . Buffet dinner and breakfast also had many items and started on time at 8 everyday .Resturant staff is good. However when we arrvied , the card given to open the door lock was not working for one of the rooms . It took them around 15-20 mins to fix it . While we arrived at 7 pm much later than the check in time we expected rooms to be ready and these things to be checked. One of the very few hotels were Extra bed was provided on request instead of mattress considering the cold which was appreciable .
