Excellent trip of Dharamshala and Dalhousie 5days and 4 nights by Incredible Himachal. Trip was nicely planned by Mr. Sanjay Bansal. Stay in hotel Shiva sanctuary at MacLeodganj was awesome. Location was great, staff were well mannered and food was delicious. Stay in hotel ARK at Dalhousie also good. This hotel need few improvements. Our driver cum guide Sanjeev Bhai also very gentle and polite.

I had booked a family trip package (6 Days, 5 Nights, 3 Persons) to Shimla and Manali through Incredible Himachal. Mr Sanjay Bansal had helped me very well with the all trip planning and hotel booking. Driver's (Parveen Kumar) behaviour was also very polite. Overall experience was very good. Only thing I would like to suggest is that, choose your adventures and activities package on your own by inquiring to multiple places. Drivers usually stops at the place where they have tie-up and they get commision from them and you end up paying more. The other thing I would suggest is to book hotels/rooms which are in the centre of the city so that you can enjoy the ride to city at night as well.

I recently had a very refreshing Himachal trip covering Manali and Spiti Valley in the first week of June.
I had done all my booking through Incredible Himachal Holidays (Sanajay Bansal).
I had not dealt with this company before and I had no reference or prior experience with them. Due to this I had few doubts in my mind about how the overall experience will be.
I must say it was a very good experience with Incredible Himachal Holidays. All hotel bookings were done as per agreed standards. All tourist attractions that I had pre-decided as a part of my travel itinerary were covered. I had booked innova from chandigad (airport to airport pick up and drop). The car was available at my arrival time. The driver was particular about start timings on all days and covered all tourist places. There were no surprises and I did not have any hassles during my trip.
Overall a very good experience with incredible himachal holidays.
