The elevation in metres on the local signboard is in agreement with SRTM data, however the claim of being world’s second highest motorable pass is no longer accurate after construction of several other higher motorable passes, and it was the 12th highest motorable pass in 2015.[

Himalayan Nyingmapa Gompa is a Buddhist monastery is one of the most famous monasteries of north India. The most prominent feature of Himalaya Nyingmapa Buddhist Temple is the enormous statue or idol of Sakyamuni in a sitting or meditative posture. A few minutes of meditation is highly advisable to get a glimpse into the peaceful lives of the Buddhist monks.

One of oldest boudha gumfa of Himachal and only gumfa of Manali. It is located near the mall road. It is the one of the tourists point of manali also. You can click photo of Gautam Buddha after paying. Very silent and holy place. You can feel the chanting sound here.
