It was worst experience. I booked this hotel through Goibibo and reached there at 11:00 PM but reception was locked. Me and my friend were tried to contact them but nobody picked the calls. At 1:00 AM a few locals were walking there and provide us the number of Hotel owner, he picked the call and say what i can do, i can't help you now, i am out of station. That kind of excuses and disconnect the call. I was there out of the hotel still 3:00 AM. Goibibo customer support also helpless, till morning 3:00 AM they also not even to help us just trying to wasting our time on phone. After that they canceled my booking.

Come on man....It was not at all good from OYO side.Again I am not talking about the hotel..You know what , the hotel guys said that sorry sir we can offer you the room but not through OYO because our money is stucked with them.
and the best part was nobody from OYO bothered to call me back about the stay.
Their dealings (OYO) is so bad in terms of money that we cannot go by them.They told me to cancel the order and go by their own policy...
Overall,it was my first time with OYO and I went totally dissatisfied and dissapointed
NEVER WANT TO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

Guys i had my worst experience ever.
There is some kind of fraud going on here. According to oyo and MMT my order was confirmed. The staff was non cooperative and they are very rude. There rating on oyo is also fraud.It comes on 2nd number when you search hotels on kasoli but it is almost 30 km from kasoli.I have the PNR no, booking ID, and each and every detail.Just read all the comments in google.In OYO they basically pay for their rating. The staff was so rude.If you wanna have your worst experience then you must come here.As they find that you are needy, they offer you AC room in double price.And as per them there hotel is full there is not even a single person here.It feels haunted.One room was open and there was towels on the door and also i saw some drunk people in that room.
Guys there can not be so many fake reviews, please be smart enough and secure your family.
