Stay was very comfortable, ask them to arrange bonfire, the look is amazing in night from the balcony.

Please note that the uploaded photos are from back side of hotel and it is bit difficult to find exact hotel location.

This property of OYO should be black-listed. I booked this property as I was coming from Chandigarh. But unfortunately we reached at 12 in the night. We called on the numbers which were mentioned in the app. After 10-15 continuously calling, finally 1 guy picked the call and told us to wait for 5 minutes outside. But, even after waiting for 15 minutes nobody came and we had to call again on the same number only to find out that he stopped picking up the phone and after 1-2 more minutes the phone was switched off. Then at around 1AM in the night we had to leave that place and search somewhere else for a room in whole Kasauli.

Unclean bedsheet, towel and pillow. Overpriced food. Asked to book offline and then overcharged that too saying "beta yeh beta woh". 2 stars that I gave is for the amazing terrace view and the owners friendly attitude.
