It was a nice experience staying in Satyadev grand, the service provided by the hotel was awesome, the food was also delicious, and it also had some of the interesting games there..and overall it was a nice experience, staying in the hotel for two days..

Disgusting experience.....I cannot say a single word positive about the hotel except the owner's behaviour in the starting.we stayed in room no 106...when we entered the room we found that the room is not clean the bed sheets are dirty ...we contacted the hotel...they changed it...the hotel is currently under construction..next day we had an outstanding experience of water problem...there was no water in our washroom..we were requested by the owner to use the washroom of 109 to which we agreed...that room 109 is also under construction...we agreed still..now in room 109 the flush didn't function.. horrible nightmare....we had to use kinley bottle in order to brush ...can anyone imagine the trouble we had to undergo...in the breakfast they only serve bread for eggs you will have to pay extra charge... moreover during the dinner we found hair in the served plate which we immediately informed them...they refused to take the responsibility and change it...on the contrary they said it's not their hair..even though he saw us serving the food in front of him...we didn't have anything that night ..we slept with empty stomach....next morning we were about to check out...the manager didn't come to visit us while we were leaving... overall a horrible experience

Poor n rude behavior of the staff. Service is also not upto the mark. Can't recommend this hotel to anyone. This property is under maintenance now. They should inform us before taking our bookings. There is also privacy issue of guests. Recheck with the owner before booking.
