This is about Hotel Daimond Inn Dalhousie booking by Go Ibibo, some how I m not allowed to post the worst hotel booking experience there. Booking I'd HTLTMP9PPQ.

This is the worst and complete fraud by Go Ibibo and hotel manager...I had paid all money for this booking and still the Property Manager was not allowing me to check in since Go Ibibo had not paid the money to the Hotel which I had paid to Go Ibibo for this booking.

You guys are just fraud and I had to pay the amount again to the hotel since I reached Dalhousie at 9:30 Pm in cold and I have my family members life at risk.

Also the hotel staff was only two 17-18 years boys and both are drunk they were not even able to cook and it's really safety issue. Since it was late night and my kid was hungry I my self went to kitchen and cooked Dal rice both the kitchen boys were much drunk and they can't even hold the glass of water. My TT driver helped me in cooking.

You guys can refund the amount that you have taken and this is not resolution. but what about the risk and trouble I had faced..Just keep your sorry within you....I am going to sue you for this so you can't cheat ppl like me who are coming from 1000 km in unknown territory and facing issues like this.

Very bad experience! Not at all a place to stay. Below average. Very poor, dirty and unhygienic services. Three to four of our team members fell sick after eating one time dinner. Not hospitable at all. Never again to book this hotel.

This is the most third class property I have ever stayed in. Rooms are less than average. No complimentary breakfast was provided inspite of full payment made in cash. We were asked to cancel our online booking only then room will be provided. Blankets were stinking and washroom was also less than tidy. Never ever book this property. You can stay overnight in your car but not in this property.
