I stayed for 10 days. I booked for a normal room in booking. Com however, after reaching there the room i booked was not available. They gave me a larger room at some discounted price so i took it. It is much better than oyo rooms. Their cooked food is also very hygenic and tasty. If u find their food costly there are two hotels in the vicinity. TV is not working but wifi is good so i didn't find any issue. Regarding AC since it's winter I haven't used it. Overall it's better than over priced oyo rooms.

One may find this costly but it's actually affordable, compared to the Oyos present in the locality.
The location was a bit difficult to find, since the place is located inside a Colony.
The staff is decent. They cancelled my online booking and asked to pay everything upfront.
The cook is amazing though. He makes delicious food. Rest assured he'll take good care of you. I suggest not to order from outside (zomato / swiggy).
I booked for 2 nights, and was not disturbed even once.

P. S. - they do not allow unmarried couples and those with Delhi ID cards (residents mainly).
