Really bad experience. No quality service. The staff was blaming the company for not providing with sufficient things like towels, service plates etc. During the booking the sales SPOc mentioned about a self service kitchen with cooktop, but surprisingly it was not working with no support. AC tripped of in the night, lights were intermittently working, hot water geyser was fluctuating. In all a terrible experience. And ironically the property is managed by Oyo itself.

Location was good n rooms were also clean. Staff was very helpful n friendly. But i have 1 point that's why I was lil bit confused cz they charged some extra amount at the time of check in otherwise everything is perfect n comfortable to stay

This is the worst property anyone can think of while staying in a decent neighborhood of Shalimar Bagh.
We booked more than 10 rooms for a few nights and we had a horrible experience while getting our rooms ready and cleaned up by the OYO staff. Before confirmation, they promised to provide basic amenities such as water bottles, plates, and cutlery but when we moved to the property, they only had 4 SPOONS, 3 PLATES, 7-8 GLASSES only.

UNHELPFUL STAFF:

The staff living in there "HIMANSHU" mentioned that they don't get supplies from their management and this is how it is so we have to LIVE WITH IT!! He also mentioned that if we are not happy, then we can go ahead and complain about the situation as even he was not responsible for the basic necessities a so-called OYO hotel can provide.

Also, initially while making the payment, their portal was down for a couple of days and they insisted to give cash which was not at all comfortable. We spend hours in their lobby while they tried to figure out the issue and again, the staff was rude and incompetent while talking to customers.

BAD ROOMS Condition:

They had broken ACs, hot water was not working and room lights were fluctuating back and forth in a couple of rooms. And when we look out for helping staff, there was NO ONE to attend the complaints we had at night so yes they were right when they say LIVE WITH IT.

Conclusion:
DONT GO by the picture of the property as they totally LACK in providing good hospitality experience and you will surely REGRET getting your guests to stay in this OYO building.
