Never go this hotel by online mode. They refused my online check-in in 11pm night. The reception person are supportive and even don't accept any words from your side. "Kann me jhuu tak nhi rengi uski". All Family persons don't book this hotel. This hotel is only for those who never produce each person ID "I think hotel owner understand my wording".

Bas Galli nhi de raha..... kaam to vese galli khane wale karein hai is hotel ne.

I booked through Goibibo site. This OYO hotel is don't respect customer feelings.

My request to all customers.... Don't book this hotel.

I must say hotel owner...don't reply on my this feedback.

First of all, your property managers are not supportive, they do not accept online payment through oyo. From me property manager asks cash payment. Also your property manager denied check-in and told me to shift to other property because of low tarrif. Property manager asks more money before check-in, U had already paid the booking amount and my booking was confirmed and fully paid. But property manager asks more money before check-in.. even I talked to your support executive she told me the you have no option, either cancel this booking or either shift to other property. Oyo is playing with their customers, Very bad experience. At last moment I check-in by paying extra money because I had no option at that time. I will also update that on social media this is a very bad practice which Oyo is doing with their customers

They asked for money there even we have already paid it through app. The man on reception checked in the process with our ids and permission.. we didn't stayed there we had to chage the property yet it shows ki we stayed there. Customer service is the worst they wasted my almost 1 hours and not even provided me new property or refund.
