Theya are making the customer fool we went there and they said we don't guests from oyo side. I am here in Delhi from outstation. I spent my 3 days there I booked a hotel from oyo first day then what happened, the hotel given by oyo didn't exist in the nearby place o called to oyo even I have made paymemt to oyo for the same hotel which didn't exist. I called to oyo then they didn't refund my money even till date and after making 7 to 8 calls they have given me another hotel then i went to there, I can't share what kind of hotel it wAs room was dirty and washroom was suck still i adjust there for 1 night becouse oyo asked me to pay for both the hotels. Then at night I was going to roam in the Delhi then receptionist said please come back before 10.pm as we don't allowed to enter any guests after 10. I was like are you running hotel or p.g?????Then at next mng I agin book a hotel I ws pathetic, was tired from all this nonsense. Again made a booking through Oyo for the same day. I called them for refund they didn't given me refund till date and asked me 200 more rupees for booking when I went to the hotel after taking cab of rupess 800 then hotel manger said we don't take booking of Oyo if you want to avail room directly then it's fine otherwise you may leave. Means....I am a girl coming from outstation and I have given mpney still I was wondering here and there, that's not coolll...aur they are making people just fool???? ????I was feeling hepless..The I got a good hotel Silver stone which I searched by myself at new ashoka park now I am happy customer because of silver stone services♥️

We had booked for 2 days, our stay was simply miserable due to the following reasons :
1. Denied checkin : We reached the hotel at 2 AM in the morning. The staff was extremely insensitive and denied us check in mentioning that the amount paid was low and asked us to contact the booking service(Goibibo which uses oyo). The staff mentions that they deny checkin often to customers and each time they either go back or pay up the extra amount. We had to call Goibibo and they provided us with a resolution after 1hr after which we were given checkin.
2. Unclean hotel location/pests : We were greeted by cockroaches and mousquitoes when we reached the hotel since it is located in an unclean area.
3. AC temperature : Ac was set to a very low temperature and no remote was provided.
4. Wifi not working.
5. The staff exhibited apathy towards our requests for ac remote and wifi. No step was taken to set this right.
6. Check out delay : When we checked out within 1 day, we were made to wait for the invoice and the staff mentioned that we were troublesome customers since we asked for an invoice. This wait was despite mentioning that we were in a hurry.
7. Unclean linen.

Pathetic service. Rooms are not cleaned Door locks are not working Bedsheet, pillow everything is dirty and burned.
