I wouldn't say that the shop is not popular among  vegetarians but the quality of food has deteriorated very rapidly in past few years.
Incidence 01: I purchased Sohan Halwa sweet for gifting it a friend at around 6:00 PM, incidentally my visit to my friend's place got cancelled on very same day and we thought  of having the sweet after dinner at around 11:00 PM. We were shocked to taste as not only the taste, sweet was smelling badly. No one could hold  it. I wanted to complain and go to the shop as it is quite close to my house but it was closed by then. I went to shop next day and told the manager and was surprised to see his behavior and attitude towards the complaint. He was very unapologetic and rather said that this sweet is not fast moving item and is produced in less quantity so it could happen that it might have gone stale over time.
I am just relived that I didn't gift the sweet to my friend and saved the embarrassment.

Incidence 02: I went for morning breakfast with my friend on his continuous persistence. As I have completely decided not to visit this shop anymore. They have some offer running on morning breakfast.
We ordered Aloo Paratha with curd. This time my friend was unlucky one as he discovered an insect rolled nicely into his Aloo Paratha. Please see the picture attached for your satisfaction. The waiter was not surprised and said that he will change the plate.

I wish I had an option to rate in negative!
Visited it for the first time with my family and it was way too disappointing.
Ordered Chole bhature and to our surprise it was served with 'nails' as topping (as if coriander was out of their stock)
This was not enough to spoil our day, then comes the worst behaviour of the manager/staff. They deliberately delayed/cancelled rest of the stuff we ordered and were indifferent on the incidence.
If you care about hygiene please refrain from visiting this place.
