Worst experience ever, got my new bike first serviced but they broke my side panel of bike and all wires were also left untied. After damaging everyone was refusing that damage was done by them. After purchasing new bike they are treating our loved vehicles very badly. Washer was not properly washing vehicles, service was not done as per my instructions. I would never suggest any one to purchase bike and get it serviced from here. If you are going to get your bike serviced from here, suggest you to be available during whole servicing.

I have visited at their service centre couple of times for my RR310 service and my experience is always pathetic. They need minimum 4 hrs to do the service and this always extends to 1-2 hrs more. Today it’s already been two hrs and till now my bike hasn’t even washed for service. They don’t care about customer time at all. Even my car service takes 2-3 hrs. This is how much they need to improve their service. My bike is standing there from last 1:30 hrs.

They go to get service done when there is no professional. You will have to line up to get the job card made for the service. Like you line up at the ration shop. By the way, there is a lot of heat which is not a facility there. There is very little seating facility. Second, there is a lot of heat.
