I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Winny Immigration, and I must say that it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was marred by incompetence, inefficiency, and a complete lack of customer service.

The first and most crucial problem was the lack of communication. I submitted my application and all required documents promptly, but I never received any acknowledgment or updates. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for weeks. This lack of transparency left me feeling completely in the dark about the status of my application.

Despite providing all necessary documents and information, the processing time was ridiculously long. I understand that visa applications can take time, but this was excessive. It seemed like my application was simply forgotten, and I was left to wonder if it would ever be processed.

The customer service I encountered was shockingly unprofessional. I was met with indifference and rudeness when I inquired about the status of my application. It was clear that the staff had little regard for the stress and uncertainty that applicants go through during this process.

Overall, my experience with Winny Immigration was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Visa applications are stressful enough without the added burden of dealing with such a poorly managed service.

I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others, and I sincerely hope that takes steps to improve their services.

This is not my real account but I took service from them.
I don't want to talk about the process and visa filing.
But the IELTS coaching is BEST. Nishant sir is the best trainer I have met till now.
But God knows how long will he serve. Because every month the faculty keeps on changing.

I deeply regret to share that our experience with Winny Immigration has been profoundly dissatisfactory. In 2019, we embarked on our Canada PR application journey with Ms. Nishtha as our initial consultant. We diligently provided comprehensive information about our educational backgrounds and work experiences, and they assured us that our profile was strong and ready for processing.

However, our consultant underwent multiple changes, first to Ms. Dhara Rathod from the Ahmedabad branch, and subsequently to Mr. Umang Patel, also from Ahmedabad. Over a period of 2.5 to 3 years, we patiently paid a substantial sum of 3 lakhs for their services. Despite possessing an impressive IELTS score of 8777 with an overall band score of 7.5, our efforts appeared futile. Winny Immigration seemed disorganized, and they even forgot about our file expiry dates, although they were always punctual in reminding us about installment payments. Their service left much to be desired, and our repeated requests to meet with higher authorities were consistently denied.

After enduring this exasperating ordeal for three years, we made the difficult decision to terminate the process. We were left disheartened by their approach, and this experience led us to lose trust in immigration consultancies altogether. It was undoubtedly the most regrettable experience we have ever encountered. Their policies state that the amount paid is non-refundable, leaving us with the question of what happens to our hard-earned money that we invested over three years. It is imperative for individuals considering immigration services to exercise caution and not succumb to false promises of PR. Winny Immigration's actions amounted to deception and false advertising, ultimately causing immense disappointment and financial loss.
