Very useless. No attendant to weigh the products. 1 personnel said Good Knight is available at particular place, another one said we don’t yet have license so it is not available. While waiting in queue at counter, their worker brought tag of some customer under pretext of checking the amount if under offer and directly did the billing of that customer, and we were kept waiting. No queue discipline. No manners.

1. Bought Mosquito bat but it was not working
2. Salesman informed about buy 1 get 1 free on namkin but only 20% discount allowed in billing
3. Unauthorised People are making promotion inside premises.
4. Very interesting, they gave me card of Rs. 40 on wrong billing instead of giving refund or adjusting it on next billing. On the spot, I have utilised the money of card on next billing. I think employees should apply mind while following SOPs. There is no need to issue the card.

Absolutely worst staff do not care about coustomer time. I had parchased one item which they have to give me. Waiting since last 1 hour nobody cares. The hell if i haven't done the bill payment.. never buy from here
