Had gone for a 9:30 am show. There seems to be no coordination between Cinepolis and inorbit management. Underground parking only starts at 10, so had to park outside away from the entrance in heavy rains. We reached at 9:25 dot. But the screen did not open till about 9:42. Even after this they showed advertisements till 10 and only then did the movie start. Looks like in order to make more money the management has started showing more ads. Better to wait for OTT release itself or visit some other theatre.

The staff is the real beauty of this place not the seating or the other facilities.
They will really charm you by their good behaviour.
The one star I have deducted is coz the seats are in a bad shape and the popcorn is not tasty. Once again I must say that their staff is really courteous. Whether it was the tiny guy who gave me the ticket or the gatekeeper or the ticket checker or even those who served popcorn to me. They even filled my bottle with chilled water and also gave me sample of popcorn to taste. It's expensive and that is why less than 5 stars. But the dyaff are the real heroes.

Cinepolis has 6 screen. It’s in Inorbit mall on the 2nd floor. They have basic amenities like food zone, washroom, sitting space and drinking water. I feel they should provide use and throw drinking cups as it’s not comfortable to drink water directly from the machine. Inside the theatre, sitting space is not comfortable. I would rate it 2.5/5.
