Horrible buses. No Volvo service. Old buses. Not so clean. Driver and conductor not caring for passengers. They will not stop for restroom. They will stop at shabby hotel, which are unheigenic and unclean. And they will ask you to finish eating within 10-20 minutes.

Dont go in this travels from shree dev travles agency waghodia circle , baroda. I select seat on upper side but when bus came at my point and i seat in bus driver said me for adjust seat in lower side... bus name Shreenath travels journey date 01/04/2023 deat confirm from travel agency on 5 o'clock and driver gave my selected seat to other person and he is travel from ahmedabad and his ticket booking on 11 o'clock.. when i talk wirh shree dev travel agency person for my seat so he said me for adjust seat on lower side. 1 seat is pending on fr side driver given lady and taking amount in cadh for travel in bus.. so why he is not give me this upper seat? No person is supporting to customer... dont travel in bus.

Whole bus is stinking too much seats are not clean curtains are damn dirty can't even spend a minute in bus so i left at next stop and took another bus ..never ever will book shrinath in future because this is the 3rd time i am facing the same issues and hoped for the good in future but its waste..they aren't ready with any solution..
