Not deserve even one star 3rd class bus and staff too. I never travel before in bus like this. dirty smell, not hygiene at all. I suggest you all guys never trust this agency. Better you go for any another agency.

Worst service and staff at amitnagar branch. Bus boarding point have at highway and they don't mention also. Even staff is not giving proper response. Better to book other bus who take responsibility of their passenger properly.

I will not recommend late night bus of falcon travels from Vadodara to Udaipur. Very rude behaviour of driver. He is running late bus of 1hr and 30minute. When I asked when it reached udaipur on morning at that time he is not ready to give answer to any customer. Strictly not recommended.vey bad experience of driver behaviour. He is no sense how to talk with customer.
