very dirty bus not at all hygiene very stinky seat and curtains are also very bad and public also very bad to sit how to tolerate them please do the needful owner ????????very bad service for what you are taking this much rupees if you dont give them service .....owner also dont listen are problems we are telling strictly to you that do the needful as soon as possible

Horrible service not answering calls ,bus maintenance zero, ac not working, water leakage,no hault for dinner,and they cancel bus anytime

Neeta tours and travels as we all are aware of this big travel operator but services at branch office are very pathetic.

Issues at branch office: One thing that I want to share with this Baroda branch office is that the office does not have that much large space.

Even seating place for waiting are is only for 5 to 6 persons only. Also cleaning of office is also not that much good.

Air-cooler is there but not in working conditions.

I would request concern team to update.

Moreover, one big issue observed while writing this review is unavailability of Washroom.
I was feeling very bad when one lady asked for washroom and I was shocked when they denied for the same. It's very bad thing that you don't have washroom at branch office in such a big city like Vadodara for your customer, even this type of basic requirement is also required for your staff too.

Some positive things are also there:
There are two security cameras are installed in office.
One water jug is also there for customer.

Overall, the experience was not that much good as I have selected this travel just because of your big brand name "NEETA TOUR'S AND TRAVEL".
I would strongly recommend HO to make basic requirements available.
