Our journey with Srinath travels Primo Solitaire class from Shirdi to Vadodara was comfortable( bus no 3268) booked through Tedbus. However there are some critical things in which improvement is needed,
1. Bus no given was AR01T3268. It lead to confusion as the actual bus no was starting with GJ not AR. This is not right, bus details must be correct.
2.I selected the pickup point at Shirdi as Hotel Holiday Park. But in the Redbus ticket pickup point was mentioned as Ratnakar Bank not Hotel Holiday Park. I think there is some error in Redbus booking system and needs to be corrected. In actual there is no Ratnakar Bank in Shirdi since last 2 years. And the bus obviously does not pick anyone from Ratnakar bank stoppage.
3. The bus linen were not clean. We felt they do not wash the bed covers even once a month.
4. There was no Covid protocol or sanitization schedule followed. While picking up us from the starting point of Shirdi, there were passengers already there inside who were getting off from bus. Means the bus was completing its earlier trip while picking us. There was no cleaning or sanitization done before giving us our seats. If no Covid protocols of sanitation followed then do not claim as Primo services in Redbus booking.
5. There were few seats empty in the bus so the bus staff knowing stopped at various locations in Nashik to pick up passengers. There is nothing wrong but at 2 such stops there stopped for more than 20 minutes. Obviously due to this the bus got delayed. The stoppage time for Food as mentioned in the ticket was 10pm but in actual we reached at the scheduled restaurant at 11pm. The wee small kids crying and old passengers who were facing the inconvenience due to the delay. The bus operator must understand that they must comply to their own timings.
6. At the beginning of the trip we received sms mentioning that there is live tracking services in the bus. But the link after opening was showing no such services for this particular bus available. If you do not have such services why you claim false things.
