Pathetic behaviour as well service...if I want to travel from vadodara to vapi they will take charge from Ahmedabad to Mumbai ????... Fraud is going on the name of travel services...

Booked ticket from lalbaug office vadodara for my wife and two years old daughter for first time in PTT and Mr.Sunil convey that Bus will reached at Jamnagar by 6:00 PM and the said bus is reached at Rajkot at 4:30 Big Bazzar and hold for 45mins and start at around 5:15 PM and conductor said they are waiting for one passenger actually they are waiting for spot passenger who paid freight in cash directly to driver/conductor while calling to customer care number Mr.Subham told that the bus timing is to reach jamnagar is 7:00 PM god knows what is the actual timing but for Patel Travels's driver/conductors spot passenger is more important than passenger who booked their tickets from office,
Also there is no communication of exact timing between two branch offices dont know how they will operate. promoters Please look into it and resolve this issue asap.

We had booked 8 AC sleeper tickets from Dwarka to Vadodara for 7th November 2021. We faced lots of issues during traveling by Patel tours and Travels.

1) Bus was converted from NON-AC to AC very cheaply. All the glass windows were not packed properly as required by AC coaches. Hence, windows were getting opened after every 30minutes. And we have to closed it again and again.

2) Seats were not cleaned.

3) Drivers didn't stopped the bus at any hotels during the journey of 12 hours. Driver stopped bus near road side after lots of requests for fresh up.

4) Gallery of bus was also packed with passengers and their luggage and thus it was very difficult to move

5) No lights were there inside the bus and we were unable to take our dinner while our journey.
