AC coach was clean
I guess time schedule is more or less never followed. Bus I travelled was 1.5 hours late.
Service desk person is polite and helpful.
Driver and helper in the bus are also polite. Drop/Pickup points are defined and bus only stops there.

Bus was late by 1 hr.. after that it broke down we were shifted to another bus ... the shifting took quite long... not very happy..
