Very bad experience pathetic service
Bus arrival and departure will late more then 7-8 hours
Every half an hour driver take stop
They are more concern for goods transportation not for passengers.
I never suggested anyone to this type of travel services.

Bus service is to bad not satisfied with services. Any not arrived at time and not to drop on time.They are change sleeper bus sleeping style. Very difficult to sleep. Very bad experience next time i book any another bus service

This is by far the worst bus service. I have been using them for a while to travel from Vadodara to Indore. Bus never shows up on time. Most of the time it was 30mins late. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you via email or text that they are late.
Yesterday was the height, the bus was late by an hour. The pickup time at pandya bridge was 11.45pm and the bus came at 12.42Am. It was late by an hour. When i asked the person in the office he said "bas 1 ghanta hi toh late hai.. usme kya hai". Seriously??? This is the customer service you are providing? Never going to use this bus service again...
They don't value their regular customers either...
