One of the worst bus service in Gujarat.
20 mins before boarding my bus was cancelled and then they shifted me to another bus which was an hour late.
I was bloody waiting for my bus since 6 am and after non stop shifting I boarded my bus at 8 am. I had to wait for two hours because I checked out my hotel room.

That's not it, even after boarding my seat was not sure. I was given a seat which was booked, so again I had to change my seats mid-way !

Don't recommend it at all.

It's better you take PATEL OR FALCON bus service.

Had a really bad experience. Just before half and hour of my bus, they called me and said that my bus has been cancelled and they are moving me to another bus which wasn't clean at all. In this COVID situation when wearing a mask, sanitization and social distancing is a must, none of them were being followed by the passengers or the bus staff.

Neither the driver nor the bus staff were wearing a mask. They had overbooked the bus and there were five people sitting in the double seats. Not only this but they were picking up anyone on the route and making them travel by letting them sit in the passage area making the bus extremely crowded and unhygienic.

Small births are there. AC did not work properly. We left Aurangabad at 5 pm. Bus stopped for dinner break at 11 pm. It was very late.
