It was my 1st experience at ECHS Vadodara and with Dr. Meetu Sharma who was very rude, impolite and ill mannered lady. I went her chamber and she was like (udhar beth) after sitting in a corner I told her I have PCOD and due to this I am facing other problems too since a very long time then she refused me to check by saying that (PCOD is not an emergency tum sirf yhaan par emergency mein dikha sakti ho nhi to tumhara card block kar diya jayega ye apne papa ko jaakr bol do) hearing these words It felt like she was threatening me. The way she's talking is really disheartening. Poorly managed & Dr. Meetu Sharma is tarnishing the image of such a huge organization (ECHS).

It was my first experience with Dr Meetu sharma who is very ill mannered and unprofessional I took my 4 yrs old son to the Polyclinic for cough and chest related problems she simply wrote a few medicines and refused to check the child's chest saying that they don't check chest due to COVID-19 it is very painful and disheartening to listen from a doctor who are so called front line worker.. She was talking to me as she owns the ECHS Polyclinic O I/c of the Polyclinic was simply defending Dr Meetu sharma saying that she is correct and even asked me if I am from medical background. Being a veteran of Armed Forces I felt so embracing that it can't be expressed in words.... Very poorly managed and doctor Meetu sharma is simply eroding the image of such a vast organization (ECHS) .

OC and the Office staff are very good... Other Ranks are very efficient...But doctors are very rude, impolite and rather ill-mannered, specially, Dr Desai.
It's disheartening to see the way Dr Meetu and Dr.Desai, scream and shout at the patients.. they should realise that they are dealing with patients and elderly people who are already depressed because of running around from one doc to the other.. they need to be sesitized about their professional roles and moral conduct.
