Worst Hospitality, the lady operates the atlantis shop is very ill mannered, rude and very arrogant. She should first learn, how to talk and treat customers. She is the only reason I will not visit that place ever in my life. GOD BLESS THAT LADY WITH SOME KINDNESS.

The other outlet of the store is really good but this one is not. The lady at the store is little rude and the staff follows you inside the store like a CCTV camera and that makes you uncomfortable. If you don't like something or don't buy something, the lady gets offended. She behaved nicely just once or twice. The collection and variety of products that they have for chefs and bakers is really awesome but -2 for the staff's behavior

They don't give a bill, nor do I ask for it so I am not in their customer database for sure, as they are writing about it on every negative review. But the review is not fake

Update : I visited 2 days ago and they do provide receipt now

To start with, it has a really good stock of baking items so no Q there. The price is also good and not exceptionally high.

What I didnt like is the owner and the sales girl are kind of very strict. They didnt even let me hold the cake mould in my hand saying it will fall down. Also i kept on asking them for price of a certain thing and they were more concerned with what i was looking at.
