Submitted camera in working condition with damaged display to just change the display. But they returned camera without changing the display after 5-10 days in dead condition and upon argument they refused repair it. They took advantage showing service condition of canon that you have not taken the receipt stating that you have Submitted the camera in working condition at the time of submission. They also told that do whatever you want to no one will listen. Moreover, I got the camera repaired from some other vendor and they opened the camera in front of me before taking and showed me the parts (display and board) which were changed and not the originals.
Stay away from them.

I visited the store twice to enquire about equipment but store person doesn't know the basic things ! Not having knowledge of canon products that much. ! Very bad experience! Canon kindly look into the matter
