It's seems to be a cake vendor based in Vadodara. I placed an order with them online through CashKaro app. After placing the order and making the payment online I receive no confirmation from them online about either the received payment or order. Finally on the day of the delivery o realize that they cancelled the order on the very next day without any intimation about that as well. All their emails and links are futile and their website has on option to track an order or get any info. Every source has a different number which is inactive. Finally one number transfers the call to another where the person answers and after an hour of arguments and questions about their decision to cancel the order without informing and method of operating which was similar to a fraudulent merchant, they had no proper explanation except for lame excuses and said they have arranged for refund on the 16/07 where as I called them on the 19/07 it took 15 days for the refund to happen where as their site says 5/7 working days as per banking norms. I have every word I said here supported by chat messages. The highlight of the point is the vendor says they have nothing to do with CashKaro app which makes even the app questionable. Highly unprofessional, questionable....and risky...
