Not worth to give even one star but no option for zero or minus star , very bad after sales service , staff is an expert to manipulate customer , mislead customers, explain wrong info about product and not telling actual function. Offered free gift which shd be delivered with the purchased product but not been delivered and asking for come n collect from shop , they don't even stock free item at shop and giving a date to collect it ( in simple language "dhakke khilate he " ), choose a model and send different model and sales person named paxxl start telling fake stories and giving excuses to hide their mistakes.

Very much disappointed with staff (Amrish) and their commitment. Friday (21-Apr-2023) they called me and inform that Sir, you will get O-general BMW model 2 start in 64,000 (including all fittings). So, Saturday I went to show room and meet Mr. Amrish. He hold me for half hour and said we doing paper work for you and after half hour he said Sir, now you have to pay 66,500 (stand 850 extra). He not given any reason for that and went away to tea. Such a shameful guy. Finally I bought same product from Croma in same price.

Cheating people & proudly saying we provide cheap quality fridge stands
This they should have informed before giving the product.
Gave showroom fridge and afterwards saying we had only one piece, thn keep it for u, why u wanna show & fool coustomer. Free cheap quality fridge stands & said they will give free steel water bottle 1month passed not given.
After complaining so many times no one bothered to come & solve the problem.
Better close this showroom.
Go to any other place but never buy anything from here because thy cheat coustomer & staff is also mannerless.
Not at all happy with the service & the product.
Now take some action if u wanna go on with this showroom & change your staff.
