The food is amazing. It tastes really good

However the thing they should improve in is service. They will quote one thing and at last charge of another. If you are booking banquet, make sure to discuss proper conditions.

They will charge excess. We had 37 guests and they charged for 40 plates.

Biplam Bhai is really co operative, however deepesh Bhai (do not know the exact name but he works as a supervisor of biplam) who is a manager there is non co operative.

They focus on making quick money and don't focus on customer retention.

I booked the Banquet hall at Spice city Restaurant on my son's 9th birthday celebration. I am sharing my experience which can help you.

Negative points:

1: Washrooms (both Ladies & Gents) were very dirty.
2: The disposable glasses that they used were very low quality (Glasses used for welcome drink & drinking water). Kindly ask them to provide good quality.
3: Music sound quality is average. Some speakers were not working conditions.
4: Plate rates for kids are equal to adult. When I asked to give 50% off on children then they straight away denied.
5: They do not involved for any decoration activity. Customer need to book decoration part by their own.

1: Food quality was good.
2: Seating alignment such as chairs, sofas were put in good manner.
3: Banquet hall size for small party is good enough.
