This mart used to offer great services but now it has become very lousy. Products are not available on time. Nobody gives correct information about when certain products will arrive. Employees are just sitting in a corner and talking and take a long time to even come and do your billing. Last week I saw a whole shelf of breads turned green due to fungus. Lot of products displayed are beyond their expiry date and no one bothers to remove them. The shopping baskets are dirty and wet so you have to shop by carrying your stuff around. Last week an employee of Gmart was eating masala and he spat right next to my Activa and then even gargled and spat right next to my Activa. I am never setting foot in this Gmart again even if my life depended on it.
