1. Nurse staff is unprofessional and lying to charge emergency fee for normal visit, doctor was sitting in office and they told doctor not available.
2. When we reach to clinic , doctor was available there , but still reception nurse told us that now you need to pay emergency fee of 1000 instead of 200 normal visit. Emergency charge only applicable when doctor come back from home on special call.
3. Nurse didn't allowing us to visit doctor and asked to pay fees first , however my 3yrs son was suffering from very high fever.
4. We explained doctor about the son health issue and how we came there for cure, but it was the same treatment without doing thoroughly check of my son, even when we asked them to admit , they gave us reference to visit karnavati hospital in saijpur , which is not pediatrics hospital. They don't admit there, even condition was so critical.
5. Think twice before going to visit this hospital. Very bad experience.
