Such a good place to go for a workout, the staff are lovely and very welcoming. PT sessions available and a wide variety of classes to book and attend for people who are struggling to get started. Always clean. Only thing I would say is that it can be busy at times. But that is only due to how good it is and how affordable. So completely understandable

Its a wonderfuo gym for regular workouts and other special activites which are held every alternate day such as zumba and other stuff .. the gym has good trainers and flexible timing for both men and women and also has great music system to boost your morale while gymming .. so HAPPY GYMMING !!

Hi my name is Ajay Brahmbhatt. I have started this GYM before 3 months. when I was started @ that time I was suffering from High Blood Pressure. With in 3 months i feel that there is lots of change in my body structure. and right now i not need to take any kind of medicine daily. that was a big benefit. I lost my 9 KG weight as well. This is the Best GYM with great Staff.
