I like the place it gives a good vibe and ya i haven't purchased anything from there but it's a good. I go there with my friend he has some issue with his earphone.
But staff is very kind and good.

Very supportive service staff.
It is one service centre for many companies like Nokia,jbl,realme , so generally there are people with other device problems also came to solve their problems.

Worst Service & No staff
The make us wait for so long
I went to get my firebolt watch exchanged due to its fault & was in warranty period
They exchanged the defective piece only.
Very rude behaviour firebolt
