Mahavir chole kulche is a roadside stall which is so crowded that you actually need to find a place to stand. Awesome Kulche. The best kulchas I had. Spicy but not much. Pickle and onion salad also provided along with 2 kulchas and unlimited chole. You should try at least once. The only negative is that it is a roadside stall and not a proper food court or restaurant. The location is exact center of Ahmedabad city: the Panchvati signal on C.G Road.

Heard about it being famous and one of the best Chhole Kulche seller in Ahmedabad. There was actually a lot of people on a Saturday afternoon, where Majority were just taking a parcel to home but they had big orders, some even had 12-15 Kulches extras one, so people seem to like it.
The process of making and packaging didn't seem much clean, and it used a lot of oil in the Chhole. Secondly, the management of crowd handling was poor by the packaging guy, he took the orders from those who were breaking lines and never bothered for people already standing and waiting.
They even serve Chhas. The taste was not bad, try eating over there only because Kulcha at home becomes rubbery. A plate costs around 60 bucks.

I have eaten chole kulche here from last 2 years, 1 no test, chttakedar chhole kulche, personally recommend for food lovers opening time is 10 AM - 6 PM daily
