Abhishek is my personal trainer and he knows his job very well. He has a scientific reason behind each exercise and it's benefits to us as an individual. He challenged and corrected my posture as I work for long hours at the table. He also changed my understanding of eating the right food and how important it is to workout out and their is. No short cut to weight loss
