I have joined online workshop of intermediate to advance asanas by Nidhi ma'am. Wonderful experience & the way she taught us so perfect. She has taught us proper warm up for doing advance asanas. I have experienced very improvement in my asanas from this amazing workshop. Online session was so much equivalent to offline because ma'am had helped & guided each of us personally. Thank you so much ma'am for this amazing workshop. Eagerly waiting for next ????????

The classes were wholesome and interesting. Amidst a group class, each of us were given individual attention and instructions according to our capabilities and weaknesses. These classes indeed have created more curiousity and enthusiasm to pursue yoga in my everyday life.

It was amazing experience with nidhi yoga Hub , i have attended 10 days workshop here that was so helpful and get so much knowledge about yoga postures , learn so many new things about yoga . Thank you Nidhi mam for this wonderful experience . Highly recommend.
