I admitted in the Avron Multi speciality hospital Ahmedabad from 9th to 13th June 2023 for my spine surgery to be done by spine surgeon Dr.Denish Patel.

The initial process of admission and preoperative tests were done easily and smoothly with whole hearted support and cooperation by Mr.Mayankbhai, a very generous person. My personal gratitude to Mayankbhai
After the admission, I started experiencing care, support and well behaviour of all attending staffs, associate doctors, nursing staffs, cleaning staffs and others. I found them doing their duty with care, smile on face and politeness.

Dr.Denish Patel, who did the surgery, was very calm, supportive and friendly. I can never forget his humanitarian approach. He explained every minute details about the surgery and gave all information which I and my wife asked before and after surgery. I believe that he is one of the best doctors I have met so far. My wholehearted thanks to him for what all he did for me.
His associated doctors Dr.Dhaval, Dr.Nitin, Dr.Mathukiya, Anaesthetist doctor, Physician, Cardiologist, Physiotherapists (sorry, I have forgotten their names), dietician Ms.Payal were equally supportive and caring.
The housekeeping, cleanliness of room/washroom, food from canteen were very good and proper.

My heartfelt thanks to the entire team of Dr.Denish Patel and other associated staff. With the care of all of them, my hospitalisation and surgery remained soothing and fast recovering.

Regarding staff of billing section, where my wife dealt with for medical insurance process and bill settlement, Our suggestion for them to be more polite, cooperative and sensitive. Please do not get irritated when questions / information regarding mediclaim or bill items are asked and kindly help patient's relative to conclude the process smoothly.

Overall, my experience of medical treatment at the Avron hospital was wonderful.
I pray that no one need surgery and hospitalisation but if so require, my recommendation would be Avron Hospital.

Good hospital and good service good staff very nice hospital 5 day
It was an overwhelming experience during our stay and treatment at the hospital. Dr Denis Patel is a person with the keen knowledge of the Spine surgery and consultation. What is more, each and every person of the staff is very humble and helpful at the same time. I must add on one more detail about the canteen facility, food is as per the medical standard and hygiene parameters are noteworthy as well. Thank you so much Avron Hospitals for this astonishing service.

Awesome facilities and convenient treatment to the patient. It's a bit expensive so if you don't have a fat medical then it will burn a hole in your pocket ????

Nice staff and management . But the lift management is redundant and not at par considering patients family have to take stairs in case of urgency
