This bus is rubbish, came at 2.30 am while it's original time at the departing point was 11 pm , 3 hours late departed plus they don't even say where is the bus , no bus location for 3 hours , when bus arrives departure point, it's like they picked bus from Junk pr scrap dealer, no any plugs , plus wire are open in every corner of the bus , dust like it's been there for 6 months in every seat , plus staff behaviour, pathetic, worst kind of people I face in lifetime , i m writing this review even from bus at 10 am , still not reach even junagadh , may be somnath can come at 1 pm. Noon ., Tey are stopping bus at every other hotel in way and taking passengers from anywhere, even bus is driven by its servant for sometime who doesn't know how to drive or even don't have drivings licence, worst experience of travelling, better to go with gsrtc seater than going for sleeper in this kind of rubbish bus , if this bus continues to show up in redbus that means redbus doesn't care for bus condition or passengers safety. It should be banned from every online plateform.

Bus was scheduled to depart from Ahmedabad at 8 PM , came to departure point at 10PM .AC was not working in the bus ,they took bus to repair shop and till 1:45 midnight bus is still in Ahmedabad.They refused to arrange another bus and kept all people waiting.
Driver & conductor are blaiming owner and owner was not picking up any calls.

today I travelling from ahmedabad to pune. i booked ticket rs 1900 single s13 seat, someone told me please seat on 5th upper anyone sleep already, then afteer 3 hr, he came and told me adjust on 23, speaking very rudly, i booked for shivajinager pune, now driver told me bus cant goes there, I will drop on high way, because of he doning his businesses, he taking money from outsiders and adjust seats his as per his choice, very poor experience, I never seen ever again, i would like to complaint in police station, no one response on call. Very third class service.
