Worst service ever, in Desi language - "Chhor log hai", every bus delay by 2-3 hr, even they change bus from AC to non AC and no one is there to listen your complain,once take your money they will not return.
Be cautious never book with them, very dirty buses

Very bad experience of travelling from Diu to Ahmedabad. No sense of management and rash driving. Moreover the company reached out for rating(we thought that was nice of them), when we shared our experience, the executive laughed at us.
Limitations of service :
1) No respect of timings
2) Behavior of the bus staff
3) For a 10 hour journey, the bus stopped at a very unhygienic place after 6 hours of start. It started at 7:00 pm, stopped for bio break + dinner at 1: 00 am. Any traveller taking the bus would be at the bus stand by 6:30.
Our suggestion : Go for any other service but them. We had a pleasant journey on our way to Diu. Opting Jay Travels to travel back was a disaster!!!!!

Nice and polite staff.
4 wheeler parking available if someone is going to drop their relatives by car.
Passenger sitting area available and public paid toilet for gents and ladies also available here.
