They turned off the Ac at 6 am. And on some mornings by 5 am!!! I had paid for air conditioned room and was shocked to find early morning that the staff switched it off! On calling the reception they were super rude and hung up the call saying it won't be turned on and that ac is not for 24 hours. Full control of hot water and Ac is at thr reception. During the day they won't provide u with ac. And the owners attitude changes after you checkin to the hotel. At the time of checkin he is all sweet and then suddenly u see the real side, they literally don't care. The rooms and bathrooms are filthy as if never been cleaned for months. I had to repeatedly request for unused and fresh linens. Unfortunately I had limited time in delhi and so didn't have the time to check out of this place and shift to a better place. Ironically, the owner at the time of check in mentioned - 'we don't switch off ac like other hotels do'. I was wondering why he made this statement as it was odd and I had never heard of hotels switching off ac. And then then that's exactly what he did to our room -- switch off the ac! Moreover the night staff is extremely rude and hangs up the call if u enquire about the ac. They simply say we r not going turn the ac on, u can checkout if u want! Worst customer experience and filthy rooms and linens. Don't Stay here unless you want to ruin your stay in delhi.

Rooms are small and not so clean lights were low, washroom okish but location is pathetic crowded overall. But owner's behaviour was so good friendly. Good for few hours stay!

I have spent one day with my friend. Good experience to stay their. Services was very good.
