As promised high quality rooms. All services are working fine. Suggestion would be going with prior booking without giving any second thought. As we went without booking because earlier we had trust issues. That is why the waiting time was bit high. Including breakfast with your stay is suggested . Buffet breakfast is fully recommended. Clean , super bright, cozy rooms . Rooms doesn’t have any windows. But the rooftop restaurant and adjacent open terrace is good for some morning/ evening breeze with a cup of tea/coffee. You can find a lot of parrots there.

property is at the prime location. on walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station towards Paharganj.
1. When we entered the room, it was not clean and dustbins was already full. It wasnt expected.
After sometime housekeeping staff cleaned the room.
2. Door's lock needs repairing.

3. Staff is helping and stay was comfort. recommend to stay.

Rooms are neat & cleaned. Very hygiene place to stay with family. Hotel staff is very supportive and courteous. For one night i booked executive room amd for remaining 2 nights family room, since the room was available they upgraded me to family suit room for all 3 nights. Which is very much spacious for 3 pax. Buffet breakfast is good. They serve lunch and dinner in room which is awesome and reasonable. Only disadvantage is hotel is placed in main market which is very crowded. Closed to NDLS railway station @ walkable distance of 3-5 minutes.
