FRAUD. DECEIVE CUSTOMERS!!
Mind it, this company has good reviews on google and Amazon and that it what made me buy it but my worst experience ever.
I placed the order and received a broken and damaged lamp with scratches all over the transparent name plate. I personally contacted the seller with my grievances and he said that he will replace the product with a new one but it has been 8 days with no response.
Communication is prompt before the payment but uske baad toh bhul jao, koi reply ni ayega, messages seen karke chorh dete hain, ignore karte hain no matter how many times you contact.
Worst experience ever. Wanted to gift it to a friend but it is going into the dustbin now and I lost my money as well.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
