i purchased an idol at Delhi International airport approx (USD 250), i was told the idol is strong enough but upon opening the packaging at my place found out that small piece is chipped off /broken. I wrote few emails to them to check what can be done but till now have not received any response. So here is my overview -
1. Poor packaging - just some bubble wrap. no box packing for such items
2. poor customer service - no acknowledgement email or response to my emails.
3. sales staff knowledge

My advise you all can buy some basic items which if broken does not disappoint you or you can try and prey to get lucky.

Best place to get almost every stuff from (Jewellery to antiques) that too very beautiful designed and presented. They have a very wide range of stuff. A must visit on the list for those who love to explore artistic stuff.
