Gandhi ghat is a major place, on the banks of holy River Ganges, while you are in Patna. It is famous since Mahatma Gandhis ashes was immersed here. Since 2011 like in Varanasi here also they conduct Ganga aarathi with 51 lamps is an occasion no one should miss. A good walkway is constructed along the banks but unfortunately not maintained properly.
