Very bad service and not responsible from customer

I had been here to repair my bike. The worst part is they don't have any trained mechanics. The manager is worst of all. He never accepts the fault of his mechanics. I raised the issue to tvs. Unfortunately tvs is very passive in its action. They need to hire trained mechanics. When they are making good bikes they also need good mechanics. I have stopped visiting the service center
