I am expecting a delivery from them, as per the online tracker, it’s been with them since two days but no one has contacted me yet.
So initial impressions are: unprofessional service.
Will update once I receive the item.

Update:
I had forgotten to update the review. I received a reply today and remembered.
I had driven over to the place to pick up my shipment and the place it not well maintained, the staff member at the counter/ table was uninterested and after I paid the shipping charges I was was ignored till I myself walked over to the place where the shipment was kept (car tires) and picked them up to place them in my car’s boot.

I am going to maintain a rating of 1 star for this place.

We are using TCI Express service from Jorhat to multiple Destinations in India. We all small tea startups and TCI contributed in mejor material loss during the season as almost 80% of our destination received material in very bad condition. Multiple complains went in vein as poor follow up from TCI team.

Worst service provider. Negligence, unprofessionalism towards the commitments of delivery and time. Do not opt for this service.
